searched and cannot find the shift ball without the boot retainer

I once saw a thread on here where a guy had a black shift ball that sat way down without a 2 inch tall boot retainer thing, the leather came up all the way to the ball, or the ball screw down to leather, any help would be great.

Rick I can do that for you but why? It's ugly brother. Buy a black ball and send it to me and il take my stock shifter and make it look like that for you.
