The bracket that attaches to the B pillar which holds the belt is loose as it turns too far when I pull on the belt and jams each time. Is there any way to tighten this down?

yeah pull the plastic cover off. I think its a torx bit. Big size. It will have a washer on it to prevent it from crushing the bracket though.

There are two bolts you can check. One is under the quarter trim panel, which is a PITA to get too, and the other is up high by your shoulder and called the "Angel Wing" by Ford. Regardless they are both the same size torx (T-40 or T-45 I think). And if I remember right, you torque both of them to 30ft/lbs.
