Seat fitament ?

I posted this question on the S-197 forum without much success. I have a 2007 GT with OEM cloth seats, and would like to put leather seats in the car. Would complete OEM stock seats (frame & track) from a 2014 GT bolt right in to my 07' without any modifications ?

Fronts yes. Rears no

Fronts should. Electronics may or may not.
