im looking at buying a 02 SVTF with very low miles in great shape, and the only real stumble i can find with the car is that the owner took the back seats out with the intent of making it into a track car and later sold them. So my question is if i was to purchase the car, how would i go about getting back seats for it and ballpark price? If i have to track them down or find them used it will most likely be a huge headache, and may not even be worth fooling with. Please let me know what you guys think

Do you have kids? Do you "need" back seats?

They are relativily easy to find (ebay, focusfanatics, focaljet, etc...)

nope no kids, just graduated from college in Dec so wouldnt really bother me to not have a backseat. I just wondered how pricey they would be if i wanted to have one back in it to complete the interior. Ive had seat deletes in 2 of my Mustangs so its not a huge deal to me, i just figured it would look awkward with a gaping hole in the back since it has the hatch area behind it.

You'll love it when you need to haul something BIG!

Tint the back windows so nobody can see inside.;-)

Steeda used to make a fiberglass seat replacement for the Focus backseat. It is a weight saver move for added quickness. Call them and see if they still have inventory.
