Seats, Shocks/Struts, Rear End

I'm taking the leather seats out of my '96 Cobra.
OEM with brackets etc. Driver's side is power.
$300 for the set.

Tokico (light blue)shocks($60/pair)/struts($100/pair)....NFS

I'll take reasonable offer's on the axle. It's stock 28 spline with 3.27 gears I believe.

The car has 45k miles on it, not sure when the tokico's were put on. I thought they were factory but have been told otherwise for this year.

no tears are apparent. Seats do show signs of wear, I mean c'mon they're 10yr old leather. They're comfortable I'm just replacing them with Sparcos or Cobras.
