I hope anyone can shed some light on my issue.
When shifting into 2nd gear there is a grinding sound - I've attempted to record the sound and I just cant get it to pick up on a camera.
It happens regardless of shift style - Slow, Fast, Low and High RPM, Upshift, Downshift - Its not the reported "high Rpm shift clunk" I find on the forums I'm typically shifting at 2500 rpm. I'm just trying to daily drive this car I'm not racing it down the streets.
Ford has acknowledged the sound and have abandoned me at this point telling me to just drive it with the radio on. In the last year of ownership its been in the shop 8 - 9 months.

Things done by Ford - in this order
1. New Clutch (I paid)
2. New Synchos (warranty)
3. New Pilot Bearing (warranty)
4. Clutch / Brake Fluid Flush (I paid)
5. New Transmission (warranty)
6. Swap to AMSOIL Transmission Fluid (I paid)
It's a Stock 2013 with 26,000 miles.
Since the New Clutch and Transmission swap ive been breaking in the car slowly driving 30 miles a day round trip to work shifting at 3000 rpm tops.
I cant afford to sell this car but I'm going insane driving and throwing money at it.
