I would reword this. Since 1992, the liberal agenda has gotten their way in creating stricter gun laws so out of context, it could be said that guns laws work.

A better cliff note from the video would be: Banning assault rifles is not the solution in decreasing murder rates. Left-wing politicians and news networks are infringing on our second amendment rights by manipulation of statistics to further their agenda. In 2011's number of homicides by firearms, only 3.5% of the homicides were from assault rifles and the AR-15 is a subset of that percentage. Banning AR-15's are not the solution. The solution to these problems is education and creating jobs to get people out of debt because most of these homicides are in certain areas in dense metropolitan cities.
