Shelby 50 Year Reunion, NHRA Museum

Here are a few quick pics from last Saturday morning in Pamona Ca, at the NHRA Museum. This year is the 50 year anniversary of Shelby motor cars, and there are several events scheduled throughout the year with Shelby as the marque car.

There was a huge display of all Shelby vehicles, as well as an open track event. Unfortunately, the track was shielded from photography, and spectators, other than race event attendees.

Hal Baer's personal '69 Fastback. He's owned this car since 1972.

It's got 14" rotors with 6 piston calipers, front and rear.

This was an awesome event. First time I had heard of it let alone attend. Mark from weapon x was not able to attend so he graciously let Dante @ dmp use the booth and bring out the waepon X coils. I was able to tag along, and since it was so short notice even brought my truck in to the show!
