I have an opportunity to pick up an entire rear end housing,(complete with axles) out of a `14 Shelby that has a slight whine in it.
I thought it would be nice to have a second "set" of gears around. (3.73-4.10)

Would it not be easier to swap out the entire diff when desired versus setting up a set of gears each time.
I do a couple of road courses a year so I like the 3.31s for that but think 4.10s would be very cool for the street.
What would a fair price be something like this? I believe it has the Torsen.

If the gears were set up correctly, whine or not, I'd say $600 - $700 would be reasonable as long as there are no other issues with the assembly.
