Project in the works hoping for some good numbers!

Bought this car back in dec of 13. It has went thru a massive transformation. Started out with a stock fuel system, art carr c4, manual brakes, manual steering, ford gt cams, 4 piston race wilwoods, stock blower, a host of problems and is about to get the heart of a beast. I have another thread with the changes since then but in short it now has a built t-56, return e-85 fuel system, crane cams stage 2, ported and polished heads, power brakes and power steering, unknown ported eaton, and 6 piston wilwoods. This combo was good for 544 rwhp and 581 rwtq.
The big change thats about to happen is a dss 5.0 super modular stroker shortblock, and a 3.4 whipple crusher with all supporting mods. Going to post a poll on this but what do you all think the numbers will be on this setup. previous owner of the whipple made 815/790 on e85 and 27psi with a 5.0 stroker, stock headers, stock heads and cams. I am going to run the same psi at 27 and the only changes will be heads, cams, and longtubes.
More pics and eventually numbers in a few weeks after the teardown and rebuild. Im hoping for 850 rwhp.

Check page 3 for numbers and vids!!

on the old setup i was running a 11.48 on drag raidals with a 1.95 60 ft and 120 trap speed. i expect that will drop significantly and mph go up drastically.

It made 815 and only trapped 120 before? Even with that 60' that is like 15-20mph low lol.

Id guess itll make great power but the auto would have made the power useable and perform like it should.

People still buy DSS?

Funny story behind the dss. A friend bought this short block back in 08. he ran into financial problems and he knew i was building up a car at the time so he sold it to me for 3k. fast forward 3 months and the mach 1 it was in hydroplaned and smacked the interstate barrier wall. I refused to give the engine and the whole setup to insurance so another friend who also had a mach 1 pulled it and swapped it outfor his stock long block mach 1 motor. now fast forward to 14 and same buddy is getting ready to sell his car and im in need of a better short block again. I casually mention you know thats my motor in your car you should let me get it back. He just had it rebuilt 2 months ago so its fresh and ready to go. He said f it it was yours first when you want me to bring the car by. So im swapping in my stock 03 cobra short block for this built dss block. Long story I know.

900+

Only cause if i go 3.4 for my coyote build, i would hope it could hit 900. But that seems like alot of boost for that 3.4 to only produce 815 on a 5.0 cobra motor.

If you get remotely close to 900 I will say screw turbo and do a setup similar to yours.

I already have e85 fuel system, cams, ported heads, stroker kit, longtubes so ll I would need is the whipple
