Yeah it is pretty dead in here......seems the SHO is gone by the wayside over here. Yet are still recking terror on the streets...now if I could only shift without double clutching mine....

damn.. what's up with this guy.. I had a 92 SHO, and while it was quick, the 97 Cobra that replaced it was MUCH quicker.. (the Vette that replaced the Cobra even quicker, and now the 03 Cobra on order  )

Dont care what you believe!

This guy is up here braggin on what he has and what he ordered
so what we dont care. I think the 03 cobra is overated anyway.
And I thought RT was cool but he wants to pull cards. Where I come from we dont brag or sho-off we put up or shut up.
I can care less what anybody says or believes. Follow your own mind, or you can follow my skid marks after you clear the smoke.

Peace I got a install to do I'll ......... Holla.:coolman:

No I wasnt blasting at anyone, I just really like SHO's Its so far
the best street legal car I have ever driven(besides it falling apart
every two months) but thats the price you pay to drive that way.
Plus police dont bother you because we look harmless.
Thats all just fun and games. Im sorry Im a little dramatic. I watch smack down with my kids, I guess some of it wore off on me.

For what its worth SHO people, here it is. I have been a SHO enthusiast since 1996 when I bought my first 89 SHO. I really loved that car. After the first SHO I bought a 93 ATX. Drove it for a year then sold it to my 18 year old son for his first car. The 93 is still going strong with 180K. I then bought a 96 SHO for my wife and a 97 SHO for myself. But things change...

I use to go to the SHO forum until a made a comment once about how I thought it was wrong to replace the blue oval Ford badge with the bootleg Yamaha badges. Started a big flame so I just never went back. I personally thought the SHO scene was getting a bit too ricy!

Present day: Traded in my 97 SHO for a 96 Cobra. I'm not trying to disrespect any of you SHO people but the speed diference between my old 89 SHO and my 96 Cobra is like night and day. I still love the SHO's (washed & waxed the 96 today) but if some of you are ready for a big change, get a Cobra. Used ones are very affordable now.

On a side note: As I'm sure most of you SHO people know, aftermarket parts for the SHO's are a real joke. Before long you won't even be able to get new valve tappet shims only used ones. The SHO shop prices are ridiculous. The best thing about getting the Cobra is that there are tons of aftermarket products.

that is true, but for some reason, I still love'em....and as for parts your telling me. I'm trying to track down a new oil pump for my moms 94 ATX.....grrrrrr....Man I didn't know you had that man shos, :-D The one benefit the sho has over the cobra is its 'sleeper' status if you will.....
