I am a little worried about fuel delivery as I am not sure what the outcome of my dyno session will be with this setup. I understand most people don't know what kind of power I will be making with this setup because hardly anybody messes with heads, cams and short block without getting rid of the "heaton" in favor of an aftermarket twin screw first. I just don't want to jump the gun on a new fuel setup if I don't have to. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

At first glance it appears you'll be fine. This assumes your pump wiring has been addressed. Below are some numbers I cranked for my setup, a 5.0 stroker, but overall less mods than you have. You can make some assumptions on your end as to what your HP numbers will be and then run some calcs to double check.
