Had a flight this morning, when I got the boarding card it showed the reservation number as: RICE2U. I did not know if this was some sort of message or what, good thing it was a good ole US built airplane.
Should I have been worried?

I think that you're over-thinking things a bit.
I would be worried if I were you. Imagine what the odds are getting a random reservation number like that?
Just say no to altezza's (sp)
