Single 76mm goal 700-750whp what fuel?

Sorry not sure if this is in the right category.

I have an 03 Termi single 76mm on3 kit modified to my likings I'm trying to see if 93 or e85 will get me to my goal of 700-750whp through my c4 auto easier with out any type if down sides I know to check e85 every fill up etc. however if I can do this on 93 it would be easier as far as convenience. Thanks for all opinions abs advice in advance.

Sd 80lbs injectors
Kb 40 amp bap
Sumped tank

Engine stock:
long block 57k on it
arp 8740 head studs
7s gear range plugs .028 gap

You can do it on 93. First or second gen on3 kit? I made over 700 with a custom forward facing on 93 with a t70 master power
