Does anyone know the advantages / disadvantages to installing the smog pump eliminator? More specifically on the 5.0 engine. Currently I'm not using converters and don't have to worry about emission testing....just wondering what the eliminator would do for me. Thanks! :coolman:

nothing. its an electric pump 
It'll free up a little weight and might take away some parasitic loss of HP. Very little but i guess every little bit counts, right?
