Just want to know if the smoked headlights degrade the performance of your headlights?

without a doubt. I find myself checking to make sure my lights are even turned on. I think i could see more if i held a flashlight out the window and pointed it on the road.

I have the smoked headlights from americanmuscle.com and I can see fine. The tint is pretty light though compared to some of the film that people put on. BTW, I do have 6000k HIDs that help quite a bit. Here is an idea of how dark they are...

Yes they do. You can find them on e-bay (same exact ones) for less than half of what most mustang places charge.
