Snails on my house and I'm tired of it!

A little background.

I Had my house built last year in a new subdivision. They're still building on the other side of the creek behind my house. I'm trying to do bug control myself and have been pretty satisfied, however I can't keep these ****ing SNAILS off my damn house(all sides) lol, these are snails right? I spray them off once a week and a week later they're back like they never left.

Has anyone had this issue before? If so, what did you do about it?

Help a OG out guys.

I use Bioadvanced home pest and germ killer on the base and it works pretty good. Seems to not do shit for snails tho. I also use their granules in the yard. These snails seem immune to it.

I’ve used Termidor to kill pretty much anything and everything, never seen any snails/slugs on the house but unsure if that means I don’t have any or it works really well...
