The Sniper is a very sophisticated tuner that gives the user way more controll then other systems out. On my Mark VIII it made a very significant SOTP HP increase. Car dropped .5 seconds off its 1/8th time.
On my Cobra it made a huge difference and cured my upper RPM stutter. Really a great unit. It includes all cables, instructions, carry case and burner unit. Not a scratch on it.
