So, car threw 3 codes today, need some help

So, I was taking a buddy off post to go get some parts for his 67 convertible and car was running fine except for the low RPM studderring, bucking, missing or whatever that I cannot for the life of me fix. All the sudden, SES light comes on. I get to the parts store, only like a quater mile down the road from when the light came on. Grabber my tunner and checked the codes:

P0148 Fuel Delivery Error

P2196 O2 Sensor Signal Stuck Rich

P2198 O2 Sensor Signal Stuck Rich

It also gave me this weird code that I've never seen anything like in my life and cant find anything online about it.

Whats wrong with my car? It was running just fine and still is except for the above mentioned. Any help and input would be greatly appreciated in this matter.

I`d start by checking for leaks around the maf and intake,might be getting un-metered air.

x2 on the un-metered air. Secondly i would re flash your tune to stock then put the customer one back in some times that fixes the problem.. these computers sometimes learn a bad habit and just need to be reset.
