I know that it means 0 degree advance or retard, but Im just curious at what rpm there was 0 degrees, correct me if I am wrong but I think there is always at least one degree advance throughout the rpm range  ...

BTW, the numbers are good, what kind of boost on the 2.6 with the 4lb lower?... Stan

the knock sensor is not turned off for the break in tune, it's pulling timing back to 0 degrees advanced.

So it wasn't commanded to see 0 degrees, the ECM is pulling the timing out.

You gonna be able to post the graphs so we can see the curves? Sound spretty mean... Stan

basically, if the engine is supposed to see 1 degree of timing, the ecm is pulling it. if it's pulling timing, they're letting it pull timing for the break in. this is what the shop was telling me on the phone.

Im running by the shop tomorrow, and hopefully picking it up as well... I'll try to get some of the dyno data!

These engines do have knock sensors, but they are not used, and if they are turned on in the tune it will set off the SES... Stan
