I bet Jared @ Lethal, Mark @ LFP or Nino @ Ninosport can help you spend your mod money :D

If you're looking for an install shop, go here:

http://www.theddddirectory.com/shop_central.php?vtype=dom&make=27&model=28

If you'd like to search for aftermarket parts that are available, go here for thousands of listings:

I don't sell parts, just here to help you find out what you want and where to get it!

Many of the shops listed on the directory can answer your tech questions.

I also used to dynotune (Superchips Inc.), so feel free to fire away right here...

These cars "feel" slow due to the crappy calibration that Ford put on the drive-by-wire throttle body. Short of a power adder, a good tune is the best thing you can do to an S197. A good tune not only recalibrates the ecu tables, but it also recalibrates the drive-by-wire system so that it "feels" faster.
But don't let the "feel" fool ya. Take it to the track and you'll see how they run. They're good for 8.70's/8.80's in the 1/8 & 13.60/13.70's bone stock.

Just some comparison's for ya...
My 06 ran an 8.47 @ 85 mph in the 1/8 with only a JLT II cai, canned SCT tune, and Steeda pulleys.
My best friend in his 06 ran an 8.44 @ 84.5 mph with only a C&L cai, Evolution SCT tune, and Steeda pulleys.
My friend Joe in his automatic 06 ran an 8.87 BONE stock. He ran an 8.57 @ 83 mph with a JLT II cai, Evolution SCT tune, and 3.73 gears.

FWIW, I also spend my S197 research time on ModularFords.com as well!!! The best 3V place I've found so far!
