those of you that did the IRS SRA swap, what upper control arms did you choose?
i am concerned with binding, the MM setup panhard/torque arm, eliminates the uppers, but at a cost, and a crap load of work...

as of right now, the uppers that i have to put on the car are the stock uppers.

i was thinking these UPR Uppers only because of no stiff poly or delrin bushing that can bind as easily.

keep in mind, this is a street car that sees the strip maybe 2 times a year, if that...

this dilemma is driving me nuts! thx for any input

btw, i have already reinforced the upper and lower torque boxes...

For suspension parts I suggest reading up on the NMRA Digital forums.

Drag Suspension - NMRA Ford Nationals Series Forum

These are the guys cutting 1.2 60' times and have a lot of experience trying out different parts on our chassis.

Personally I run the UPR arms you linked, but for right now I have the poly bushings. As soon as they blow out, which they will, I'm picking up the spherical end links for them.

Wolfe and UPR both make solid parts. Team-Z and Baseline make upper control arms that have a relocation bracket to prevent binding. I would've looked into them more, but I got a hook up on the UPR parts and went with them.

I have the boxed steel steeda uppers and lowers with sepherical bushings on the axle side of the upper arms. I have no binding issues at all.
