So I just got a 2003 GT. I was wondering what is a good head unit to put in the car? Im relatively new to this and don't know the difference between many of the options. A touchscreen would be nice and the simple things like Bluetooth etc... Any replies would be appreciated, if you have any pictures I would love to see them!

A different headunit will make a small difference in sound quality. The only reason I see doing a different radio to be beneficial is if you are putting in subs so you will have control over them.

I know if you are looking for a place to buy one. I have bought many headunit's from the site crutchfield. For most of there stuff they give you all the needed hardware to install them in your car for free. They usually give step by step instructions on how to install components in the car too. I don't have any pictures of mine in the car but i had put a flip out touchscreen in my 96 mustang. I had originally upgraded my stock unit to a Jvc and noticed a good difference and then just recently upgarded to a Pioneer and i could tell a big difference in sound. If you would like to see pictures of it in the car i can go out to the pole barn and snap a few. Also depending on what style you want to go to mine is a single den and i know the 2003's came double din but can take either of the two.

Here is the link to the one i bought. What i did was set a price range and looked at radios with the highest reviews from people.
