Spec-Rite 3200rpm stall convertor

Like to sell it local (houston) but will ship it if it is wanted. Its a 3200 "pro street series" stall convertor in great condition.It looks identical to the one listed in the link. It was going into my DOHC 5.4l build that I never got to finish...It was in my buddies car for less than 2000 miles and only seen the track 4 times. It dramatically droped his e.t. He had to part out the car so I bought it from him for my project that never got done. Its made for the 4R70W trans and the prices from spec-rite start a $525.00 my buddy bought this one with all the "options" in it new for $750.00 asking $450
