Received and installed my Speed Dawg shifter knob tonight.
I did this to my 2012 GT500 as well. Although they both had some sort of loctite on there, the 2013 had a LOT more .. what a pain in the butt to get off. I had my strap wrench from my 2012 install. The 2012 required me to turn it a little until it broke free .... the 2013 I had to almost use the strap wrench the whole way! I'll play with it this weekend to see if I can get the black spacer a little closer to the boot and still get the shifter lined up like I want it. The flash makes the ball look a brighter RED than it really is.
