Got started this past weekend on getting the fleet back in shape. I haven't given any of them a proper cleaning in nearly 6 months due to my rotator cuff repair surgery, so everyone is way past due.
First up, was my 97. Thorough top to bottom wash, clay-bared it, and then polish. I'm normally not a fan of one-step polish systems, but for grins I decided to try Zaino's All-in-one, which is a mild abrasive, cleaner, scratch filler all in one bottle deal. I was well pleased with the results, though AIO is a bit harder to buff out than my usual Z5 and Z2 combo. I think this one would work better with a buffer, which I will try next time I use it. All in all (no pun intended) it came out pretty good for a 12 year old car and only one pass with the polish. I may go back over it with Z2 again, but as good as it looks, I doubt it makes a difference. Zaino rocks as always in my book.
