This may sound stupid, but I'm installing some H&R race springs on the cobra and im not sure which end is the top and which is the bottom on the rear springs. I'm worried about installing them upside down. Is the end with the coils closer together the top or bottom? Pics are welcome.

Thank you in advance!!

Look at the isolators that came off your factory springs. The top isolator is different from the bottom isolator and they can only be mounted on one specific end of the spring.

Also, be sure to properly align the end of the spring in the indentation on your lower control arm when installing them.

For my Steedas the writing was upside down. However they verifed that was ok, as long as tighter coils on the top.

Ditto with my Steeda Springs. Here's a picture of one installed:

careful when you read the text printed on the springs. it can be confusing my rears said FR on them or something and I thought at first it ment front right but I knew it was a rear spring... just something to look out for.
