Sputters and rough idle at start???

My 2005 f250 6.0 starts fine but it sputters and idles rough until it warms up then it runs normal, any ideas??

I was having roughly the same problem. then the EGR cooler went and took the heads with it.ford replaced it all under warranty

We replaced the egr and cooler at about 60k miles now it has 105k miles and not under warranty...

ford has a new reprogram for the pcm which has a heat cycle for the injectors for the first 5 minutes of operation, seems to help a bunch, its worth a shot, or you may have to replace the injectors, the reprogram is cheap and easy though.

+1. Just got mine back from the dealer, doing the exact same thing. Reflashed the computer, new degas bottle/fluid flush, and two new injectors...all under warranty...well except for the $100 deductable.

I took mine in and they reflashed the computer, I'm out of warranty so it cost 239... But at least it's fixed.
