Anybody have a good technique for finding squeaks? I have something squeaking in the pulleys on the front on my motor. It's anoying the hell out of me

LOL - I wouldn't recommend doing it the way I tried many years ago.

Had a '65 Chev P/U that had a squeek underneath. I wired the camper door open, layed on the floor with my head hanging out, and had my wife (ex) drive down a bumpy road. Never did find that SOB.

Just a little humor ... hope you find your's.

I thought about layin under the hood while somebody drove me down the road but I decided the belt rash might hurt a little

aaaaahhhhhhhhhhhh ...

On that same old truck, I was checking the clearance on something one day - I got under the hood (there was a LOT of room under the '65 Chev hood) and had my son close it, while I was checking whatever it was! He could have really put the screws to me, that day.
