Yes,
You have what is refered to as "break squeal"It is caused by the rapid heating and cooling of the front brakes. What happens is the pads become glazed over and squeak.I have it on my truck and it is annoying but the only way i know of it is to install some carbon metallic brake pads.now while part stores wont know a stock #,the part # you would need would be from a F250 because we share the same breaks and they do make carbon metallic pads for them. The only other solution is to removed the pads and sand them down. That is a temp solution and the squeal will return within a few thousand miles.

My breaks also began to squeal after about 9000 miles. I simply brought the truck to the dealer and they had the pads and rotors replaced. Problem solved and it was under warranty

Just had mine checked yesterday and it was indeed heat squeal on the front brakes. He said to brake a little harder (wait about 50 ft longer) and it will go away. Haven't heard it since :)
