my passenger side strut kinda squeaks and creaks as i turn and hit bumps as im going down the road. is there anything i can do without replacing it to get rid of that noise?

It can even be a control arm bushing or spring isolators.
well not 100% sure, it sounded like it was coming from there...
i jacked the car up, and pushed and pulled on the sides of the wheel it seemed like it came from the strut, ah hell ill just take it somewhere, hehe
