Squeaky Suspension?

Hey guys - my 2000 L has about 72 or 73K miles on it.. the suspension and steering are squeaking a bit. Been doing it for a few weeks - nothin major I don't think, but when I go over speed bumps just the front squeaks and if I'm just turning a little bit - not a full turn - the steering sometimes does the same thing.

Is there something I need to lube up? I'm really not too familiar with truck suspension yet... Thanks!

There Are A Few Zerk Fittings On The Front Steering Also If You Want You Can Spray Some White Lithium Grease On All The Joints
