hey guys are you noticing the seats to loosen up or break in a bit as time goes on?

I test drove the car twice and found the seat to be tighter on my thighs than the Recaro seats in my Boss. I'm 6'4" 220. It's the only thing I'm concerned about because I have about an hour drive to work everyday. The rest of the seat is quite comfortable.

I sat I the yellow Focus ST that Tanner Foust drove in the Key West ST commercial. I thought seats hugged me. I felt like I was being held/ wrapped.
I'm 6'1, 240.....and I sat in one a few days ago. Seats were WAY too small for me. lol
i drove one at work. i didnt think it was very comfy. im around the same size.
yes, the recaro's in the st2 & st3 are too tight in the leg area....what a shame
You get used to it. Mine seem to have loosened up a little bit, but it'd be nice if they opened up a touch more.
Love the seats. I have no issues or complaints.
I'm approximately your height/weight and immediately came to the same conclusion you did.
The Recaro seats are a definite NO GO.
So I found an ST1 with the basic cloth seats and it was a world of difference. I now own that car. ;-)
What about leather non-recaros in the st3? I'd own an ST already if it weren't for the seats.
Just ordered mine on Sat, ST1 with leather seats (dealer is getting it done for me), I'll post up pics when I get the car.
Not from the factory, but you could always either get it done, or swap seats with someone that has a titanium model.
Not as a factory option. ST3s only option is the full leather heated Recaros

Yea. They are breaking in. Ive got about 850 miles on mine.
I guess im like the perfect size I don't have any issues with the sests
