It's taking my car a few more churns than normal before she starts and it's been like this for about a month. My friend's forum was talking about possible changes in fuel oxygenation or other causes.

I'm curious to see if any other cobra owners have noticed an increase in startup churn time in the past 3-4 weeks.

Yeah, during the warmer months it happens. I think the oxygenation of the gasonline might be the culprit. They do that during the spring and summer seasons since people tend to drive more than the winter seasons. My Pathfinder and moms Acura TL does the same thing. Sometimes, the Pathfinder won't even start and have to wait 2 min. before I try again.

For over a year now, I haven't noticed any difference since the car was new.

It takes longer for me when the car is cold. Sometimes I have to let go of the key it's taking so long. I have started to just tap the gas everytime I start the car now.

For the zillionth time....

The stall flash/fix for the PCM fixing the stalling AND the cars starts 1000x better now, no more long cranking.

Mine started doing this about a week or two before one of my fuel sensors went dead tripping a check engine light.

New sensor and everything starts right up.
