I just replaced the plugs, wires, rotor and cap on my 94 cobra today. Now im getting this weird popping or static noise from my radios speakers. It's in sync with the rpms. IE as I give the car gas, the noise gets louder. At idle there is little to no popping noise at all from the speakers. The speakers and radio are still stock. Anybody have any ideas if the tune up and noise could be related in any way?:shrug:I just think it seems like too much of a coincidence that it started after the tune up. I did also disconnect my battery to reset my digital tach as well, if that helps anybody with a diagnosis. Thanks guys!

There are 2 capacitors attached to the wiring harness that prevent that.
Small connector is usually gray.cylinder type
with one wire coming from the pigtail. (usually black)
Small bracket attached to it has a hole, and bolted to the engine.

Where abouts on the harness? Could you offer more details pls, my 94's Mach system pops and whines to the point I just don't turn it on.
