Steering Wheel Button Lights Not Working

Never noticed until a night drive. 2011 GT500 SVT and the buttons on the steering wheel are not illuminated.....are they supposed to be and if so any ideas. I don't see a dedicated fuse and all other interior lights work.

Follow-up. Fuse 10 was blown. Put a new one in - didn't fix it. Dis-connected battery for 20 minutes. Hooked it back up - didn't fix it.

To add more: the symbols around the headlight switch and the hazard switch, traction control buttons do not illuminate as well.
