I drive the truck and put it in park it idles at 1000 rpm's. If I blip the throttle it will fall to about 700 and stay. It does it every time. I have cleaned the IAC and even bought a new one. Same problem. What do you think could be the issue.

sticking throttle blade. do you have any sludge, carbon build up around the blade cracking it open a bit? could also be a tp sensor reading p/t or slightly over a volt say 1.2?
I have reset the voltage recently. I know it is right. There might be something keeping the throttle blades from completly closing. I will have to look.
