I have posted on here before about this noise and I know I should try to get a video or audio of this noise, but it comes and goes... Well the noise was there this morning and it was loud! I am actually going to the Ford dealer(and i hate to have to go there for this) in the morning to see if they can find it...
I think it may be in my rack. There is a video I found on you tube that sounds just like it.

AGAIN THIS IS JUST WHAT IS SOUNDS LIKE, this is not my rack in the video.
Is it possible this is my issue? I have 130k on the rack, no leak that i can tell, but i do have some play in the steering. :shrug:
