How Many Miles..have They Been Cut..how Much To Ship To California?

Wow you the second person from cali to ask that. Springs were on the car for about 33k miles and have not been cut. I checked into shipping when the last guy asked me, its a little pricey because of the size of the box and the weight obviously but I could do $95 shipped if your intersted.
