What size is the stock exhaust system?

I think it is either 2 inches or 2.25 inches. I remember reading an article where it said aftermarket players will make a killing on the 2.5 inch replacements ..

I think you are right. It wouldnt make sense for it to be 2.5". If it were, then everyone would just change mufflers and X-pipes.

It is 2.25" diameter non-mandrel bent.

I would bet any money that it is so poorly bent, misformed and dimpled that you could not roll a 2" dia ball through it, maybe not even a 1-7/8"one either. My stock pipes looked awful.
