Was thinking of going to a 160F, seems to make sense from a keep the truck cooler standpoint. Anyone have any bad experiences with a 160F tstat?

Either way your tune will need to be adjusted so it's your choice. As stated though the heat will be noticealby cooler with a colder stat. I have a 170* btw.

Stock is 180, i also droped down to 170 and i have had no issues. I dont know why everyone says the heat sucks but i know mine burns my leg in the winter.

Perhaps mine is not the stock heat range...

There are all kinds of cute suprises when you own a used vehicle. Like the other day me and Kevs-svt were takin out the stock plugs to put in TR-6's and the plugs in there were Denso's, they looked really good so Im thinkin the tune is all good so far...
