Stock vs Aftermarket X-pipe

I drive a 2013 V6 mustang, is there any need to buy an aftermarket x-pipe when I already have one? The only thing I can think of is that the aftermarket one could be mandrel bent...

i'd say probably not...maybe it'll sound a little different?
