Stuck between which Lightning to get, 2001 w/ 9000 miles or 02 with 16,000

I've been shopping around for used Lightnings and narrowed it down to two.
option 1: 2002 Black Lightning with 16,000 miles, bone stock, perfect condition for 24,000 out the door

Option 2: 2001 Silver Lightning, 9500 miles, traction bars, lower pulley, chip, cold-air, magnaflow mufflers, autometer boost guage, runs/looks great. Factory warrenty until August 2004 (but is the warrenty voided with the performance modifications?)They're asking 25,500 out the door.

I dont know which one to get, the 2001 has alot of mods and less miles but obviously $1500 more, what do you guys think?!?!

I'm a big fan of black but......i think the 2001 would be a better deal ,less miles not much difference between the two year models and already has mods done to it . You would spend that much money on those mods for the 02'. I say go for the 01'

Only problem with the 2001 is the warrenty is useless with those mods. My vote is the 2002 cause its newer and Black looks amazing. Also the 2001 might have been driven hard compared to the 2002.

tough choice.....id probably get the stock one and mod it yourself if your gonna mod it....YES the warranty can/will be voided if the dealer is an ass and knows about the chip and pulley.....just my .02

i'm leaning towards the black 02 as well but the only thing is it has this painted on pin-strip that looks really stupid. It goes arounnd the while truck....

How does an 03 Dark Shadow Gray w/ 16,000miles for $26,000 sound? Stock except for MAC intake, but I do have the original airbox as well. Plenty of warranty left on this baby!
