Stumble breaking up missing.

96 cobra. IMRC delete with delete on tune also. Tune for long tubes no air pump no cats. New plugs and wires. Car breaks up stumbles misfires around 3,200. Just kind of looking for a place to start. Had a nitrous backfire one time and replace my MAF. An idle air control intake tube. I've done vacuum leak check all is good. Not sure exactly where else to start. Seems like after the car warms up it gets better.

Never had a problem after the nitrous backfire either it came couple months later so I didn't think they were related

if you had a nitrous backfire, may have damaged the IAT (intake air temp) sensor. have you ran codes or looked at live data? i would view the data for the coolant temp and intake air temp sensors first if it gets better as it warms up. also view maf data too.

I've looked at live data on the MAF but I didn't really check the AIT sensor. Appreciate it I'll check that out

You mentioned new plug wires, what brand did you go with? It's been noted that the FRPP wires are not the quality that they used to be.

Had the same issue with them too. Misfires. Changed them and all is well. Go with stock motorcrafts.
