Stupid e-brake question

Hi all,

I just installed new LCAs, and one of the steps was to remove the springs from the e-brakes. That wasn't a problem, but I can't seem to figure out how to get them back in. I've tried it with a pair of big needle-nose pliers and a screwdriver, but I get the feeling that I need some special tool--I can't get the spring to compress at all. Is there a special tool? What's it called? CAn you get it at Murray's? And would it just be cheaper to go to a brake shop and have them do it?

Thanks all!
Tom

Use channel locks to compress it and pliers to pull it, and you'll get it in.

Thats if I understand the question... Good luck.
