Hey guys it’s been a couple months since I have posted here. Since I moved from Texas where my car is currently.
I need your help with subframe info. Currently my 96 has cheap subframes from lmr I think.

What brand do you recommend? And if anyone has any for sale let me me know please.
I will be adding a MM 4pt kmember brace as well.

I agree with the above, Stifflers is a great option and one of the most popular we see people go with. Shoot me a message if you have any questions or if i can help you get set up.

Well my ex father in law gave me a MM 4 point brace once he heard I wanted to sell the mustang lol.. so now I am just looking to add a little more chassis stiffing to it. I am looking at this to go along the cheap subframes the car has already.

Just a heads up. Those will do nothing to stiffen up the car.
You'd need to replace the generic SFCs you have now to improve the stiffness.

I have the Kenny Brown Extreme Matrix kit on my car. Bought it before Stiffler's came out with their similar product. I've been happy with it and the jacking rail is a nice thing to have.

Yes the jacking rails are a nice thing to have. However it does not offer any strength or rigidity, which is what I believe Bruce is looking for.

Back in 2000 I had the Steeda tubular rails for the Cobra model, not full length but the chassis shop that installed it I saw that it lined right up with no modifications.
Still on the car to this day.

the Kenny Brown jack rails with crossmembers do add more stiffness over just connectors (at least on my vert) I may have an extra set of just the connectors laying around here somewhere as when I ordered the "extreme" part to add to my existing connectors they sent me the whole set by accident. If the Op is interested, I would move them cheap if I can find them in the attic

Thanks a lot but subframes have been installed already this past weekend. If you have the jacking rails I’ll be interested in those.

You added the jacking rails at some point after the SFC install and noticed a difference in stiffness? Or did them at the same time?

Stifflers with jacking rails...you can install the jacking rails at a later date with their system.

If you already have MM SF installed, the Stiiffler Jacking rails will work with them as well as per Stifflers. I suspect the same is true with the KB SF.

Old school GW subframe are nice too.
    I have those.

The jacking rails add stiffness for sure...but mostly they make jacking the car so much easier.
