Suggestions for KB 2.1L instal/mod on 96 Cobra

Just picked up a used KB (incl/44lb inj) for my stock Cobra with off road exhaust. What suggestions for mods to get 400rwhp (or more). The installer suggested a SCT BA3000. What fuel pump and CAI work well with his. He said long tubes aren't worth the hassle so I might wait on those but seeing them sell so cheap I might not. What about the imrc, will they cause issues with the SC?

I deleted my imrc single blade tb four inch rai longtubes watermeth injection @9/10 psi making 450 with a 1.5l

Walbro 255LPH fuel pump. Cheap and easy install with great results. You're going to need to look into spraying Meth as the 96-98 KBs weren't designed to be intercooled and are prone to very high IATs and heat soak issues.
