Has anyone bought s pair of headers form summit racing for a 1992 F-150 with a 5.0 there only 145 bucks are they worth buyin and will the stock exhaust bolt on till I get around to putting something else on! WHAT SOUNDS the best straight pipies or some kind of muffler I want it to be loud and mean!

i have installed 2 sets of the ones made for 97-03 trucks and there fine they are made by pacesetter. SO there cheap and get the job done.
I have a 91 F-150 with a 351W in it I went with Headman shorties 2.5 inch pipe no cats and no crossover to 2 40 series flowmasters the truck sounds awesome I couldn't believe it when it was done. The tips exit out one in front of each rear tire the exhaust is loud enough that people around me will roll up the windows at stoplights!!! The whole setup cost about a grand I put the headers on and a shop did the rest, it cost me more cause I'm in Hawaii.
