Sounds like SAI system to me. Mine does the same. Cold start I assume? Next time take a listen near the passenger side of the bumper cover, right in front the tire (which is where the pump is located) and you'll hear it running after a cold start (that's if you can actually hear it over that centri though).

i just got this car and was wonder yea after a cold start after a couple min that sound goes off on passenger side sound like air releaseing thanks for the reply

And they tend to whine and rattle loudly at idle, like their bearings are flying around inside the housing, so trying to listen to anything near the left front corner of the car can be difficult to impossible.
