supercharger

I am also looking into the option of a supercharger....

any advice as which supercharger is better quality.

I see alot of people go with Vortech,

Paxton claims a higher HP output.

I'd get some PI heads before doing anything to a 96-98 GT.

Or just get your stock heads ported....Go with an S-Trim and an Anderson Powerpipe,some 4.10's,and a good tune....

so the PI heads are @ 1695 a pair for around 35 horses

what would you recommend to go on top, I see steeda makes an intake kit, thats rather expensive...

or just go with an accufab and bigger throttle?

You realize that their isn't much difference in flow numbers when both are actually ported don't ya?It's just in stock form that the PI heads are better...And you should be able to get yours ported for far less than the price of a new set of PI's....Unless you can get some from a salvage yard or something...Anyway,good luck...

No I didnt realize, to be honest with you. Its just a little frustrating to see :bowdown: 400 hp monsters from factory and wonder how much work I will have to do to be half as fast. :bash:

I need to look into having the heads ported and see if anyone near me does it.

Between work and school I havent had much time to keep up with my reading. I graduate in two weeks, so I am putting all my spare time into mustangs again.

I am very tempted to save up some $$ and get an 03

Get KB you probably get 424 hp and 402lb-ft of torque that's for GT 00-04
